Customer Sales Advisor

We currently have an exciting full time vacancy for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our team with an immediate start date.

We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual to work within a vibrant sales environment, dealing with new and existing self-storage customers. It is essential you are ambitious, articulate and able to communicate in a friendly and helpful manner. The successful candidate will work closely with Management in order to maximise profitability for the rapidly-expanding business.

Storage Vault is under an aggressive expansion phase, therefore progression through the company is highly probable for the correct candidate.

THE ROLE

• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Liaising with and securing new customers
• Handling customer enquiries face-to-face, via telephone and via email
• Consulting with customers on self storage needs and unit availability
• Consulting with business clients to determine their space requirements
• Resolving outstanding balances on customer accounts
• Working as a team to achieve store targets and monthly bonus
• General management of the store

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Experience at a similar level in the retail or sales sector is preferred, excellent customer service is necessary. We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, highly motivated candidate who shows initiative and can work as an individual. It is also necessary to be computer literate and possess strong communication skills.

WORKING HOURS

Our stores are open 7 days per week and the successful candidate’s normal working hours will be an average of 40 hours per week, to cover the following hours on a rotational basis:

Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Saturday : 10:00am to 4:00pm

SALARY

A Front of House Sales Executive can expect a basic wage of up to £19,533 per annum. An on target monthly bonus system is also implemented on passing probation.
