Terms and Conditions

In order to start earning while you store, please see below for terms and conditions:

• How to claim: After your friend has been in their storage unit for 2 months, get in touch with our team and claim your £50 credit. Please phone the location that your friend is storing at. See list of phone numbers below.
• Your friend must be in their storage unit for a minimum of 2 months in order for you to earn your £50 credit.
• In order for the credit to be paid, you must also be a current Storage Vault customer.
• The £50 credit will be paid into your Storage Vault account. No cash alternative is available.
• In order for you to claim your £50, your friend MUST have used the 'REFER60' code when booking their unit (either in person, over the phone or online). Please note, if your friend does not use the 'REFER60' code, you will not be able to claim your £50 credit.
• Please note, your friend does not need to book a unit at the same location that you are at. They can choose from any of our 15 sites across Scotland.
• The 'REFER60' code will provide your friend with 60% off for the first 2 months.
