Our 18th Location Property: Grangemouth

Storage Vault has completed the purchase of a second property in Grangemouth.  The self-storage and flexible work space company has been rapidly expanding over the past 12 months – with Epoch House being the 5th acquisition so far in 2019, its 18th site overall.

The property comprises a detached office building constructed in 2004, arranged over two floors making it perfect to be fully renovated into the CoVault workspace style.

The property is located on the south side of Falkirk Road, which provides access to the motorways of M8 and M9 and a local bus service provides transport for commuters from Bo’ness, Stirling and surrounding areas.

Anthony McAteer, managing director, said: “We are very pleased to announce our further expansion with another acquisition in Grangemouth.  Epoch House is superbly located, close to the national motorway network via the M8 and M9.  Our aim is to see the property developed to its full potential – creating flexible and affordable work space for small businesses.”

John McGlynn, Scottish Capital founder and investor in Storage Vault, said: “This latest acquisition builds on our development pipeline and provides us with another opportunity to capitalise on Scotland’s lack of flexible, high quality work space.  We expect that with the flexible work space supply constraints that prevail in Scotland, the property will be an effective long-term investment.”
