Storage Vault Acquires Prime Livingston Site as 16th Location

Storage Vault has acquired a second site in Livingston, it’s 16th location overall.

The property is a steel-frame office pavilion, constructed circa 1990.  Located within Kirkton Campus, which houses a wide range of international companies.  Fleming house lies to the West of Livingston town centre and is accessible from both junction 3 and 3a of the M8 Edinburgh to Glasgow Motorway.  Edinburgh International Airport is approximately 14 miles away, along with train and bus services providing transport links to the town centre and West Lothian areas.

Anthony McAteer, managing director, said: “We are very pleased to announce a further acquisition in Livingston that will complement Eucal Business Centre and other locations across Scotland.  The site includes around 2 acres of prime development land and further plans for the new build space will be announced in due course.”
